PER REPORTER: Lilly said there was a no contact order put in place by Judge Skinner implying that Nick is not to be around Sha’nick. However, Lilly said Nick stated in front of her and a CPS worker “fuck Judge Skinner I am the dad and I have rights”. Lilly said Nick’s father works for JPD and the two of them went to Wingfield High School after Nick was told not to be around the child. It is unknown where the other child in the home was while the abuse was occurring. Lilly said Nick use to beat Sha’nick’s mother (Ayanna) who is now deceased and then would turn around and beat Sha’nick. Lilly said Sha’nick has been calling her none stop and when told to call the police Sha’nick reported being scared to do so. It is unknown at this time why the child is so afraid to call the police or if her father has actually done anything to her.
