PER REPORTER: Lilly said there was a no contact order put in place by Judge Skinner implying that Nick is not to be around Sha’nick. However, Lilly said Nick stated in front of her and a CPS worker “fuck Judge Skinner I am the dad and I have rights”. Lilly said Nick’s father works for JPD and the two of them went to Wingfield High School after Nick was told not to be around the child. Lilly said Nick and his father Officer Nick got the child out of Wingfield High School and took her to Forrest Hill High School. Lilly said Sha’nick has been with her father for three weeks now. Lilly mentioned being concerned about Sha’nick because she called her last night from 8:00p.m. to 12:00a.m. asking her to come and get her. Lilly said she told Sha’nick …show more content…
It is unknown where the other child in the home was while the abuse was occurring. Lilly said Nick use to beat Sha’nick’s mother (Ayanna) who is now deceased and then would turn around and beat Sha’nick. Lilly said Sha’nick has been calling her none stop and when told to call the police Sha’nick reported being scared to do so. It is unknown at this time why the child is so afraid to call the police or if her father has actually done anything to her. Lilly mentioned that when Ayanna was alive she called her stepdaughter (Rena) crying asking for money to get Sha’nick an abortion. Lilly said to her understanding Sha’nick was pregnant by Nick and Ayanna was aware of the situation. Lilly also mentioned that Sha’nick told her Nick never stopped sexually abusing her. Lilly said she took Sha’nick to have a physical done after being in CPS’s custody and found out the child had an STD. It is unknown if the child was ever examined for sexual abuse or where the child got the STD from.
