he 2008 PA Guidelines state, an adult should get at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity PA(3.0-5.99METs) a week or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity PA(6.0 METs or more) a week. Surprisingly, even with a whole day of doing close to nothing I have surpassed the PA Guidelines for both moderate and vigorous intensity. This is not one of my typical weeks, which surprised me when I learned I have met the PA Guidelines. Mainly because I am a track athlete and I am used to my weeks being filled with intense workouts for two to three hours a day. Since college has started, plus getting a job, I have found it difficult to keep to the same training schedule as I had in high school. I was beginning to question whether my exercising habits were unhealthy
