POWH will conduct a yearly screening for children. The first day POHW comes to the school, every person will get a physical. When the year ends the students will get another physical. All of this will be free of charge. This will allow the POWH organization to discover if they had made an impact on the students health. This also enables students to track themselves and decide whether or not to improve their lifestyle or keep it the same. For students at risk for obesity and future health problems they will be recommended to take a class once a month the following year. The class will be held after school to help them get back on track to prevent any future complications. The class will not be mandatory but highly recommended and the child can
