A strong collaboration between team members. We were able to overcome our difference of schedule and be able to respect the deadline. Each one of us knew what she has to do and tried to do it on time. When one of us was not able to meet the deadline, other member of the team completed the task which she should do. That allows us to have our project done on time.
Strong communication: Because we had different schedules and since it was difficult for us to meet during the daytime, we used after class opportunity to discuss our project. In addition, text message, email and google doc helped us to communicate efficiently.

Then, Sally took the led of the team and my role was to support her and to ensure the communication in the team. All the time when Sally was not available, I took the led of the team and that allowed the project to be done without interruption. For instance, at the end of the project, Sally becomes unavailable, so I lead the team to the last update of the PowerPoint and the presentation.
3. What are the two top things (knowledge, skills, etc.) that you have learned from this project and would carry to your other courses or future jobs?
From this project, I learn how technology is used in the Target corporation to ensure a good supply chain management.
In addition, I understand how all marketing strategies of Target are supported by Information Technology. For example, customer excellence and operational excellence could not be effective in Target without Information Technology.
