Powerpoint Presentation

Not only does the powerpoint presentation contain thoughtful and deliberate choice of visuals, but the entire presentation is organized logically. It starts with the title slide which introduces the topic and which reveals the important events and symbols through the use of pictures. Then it is followed by a do now question which teaches the class that the world’s largest religion is Christianity. The core of the demonstration starts with the origin and how the religion evolved and developed. Following the origin slide is the beliefs and the symbols which are important to consider to get a full understanding of the religion. Just like how the omi sign is an important symbol to Hinduism, the cross is what identifies the uniqueness of Christianity. After introducing what Christianity is, the turning points are embedded into it’s own slide to show what events caused the the religion and the practices to change. Furthermore, a own slide is dedicated to overall continuities and another to change over time. By choosing the most important pictures, questions and facts to share with the class, we needed to do intensive research to pick out the best information. We compiled a general list of information on Christianity, then used that and added to it to complete each portion of the project. We also edited the project when if we were researching a different part, we came across a more appropriate or profound piece of information to include, we would input that more relevant fact. Also, we include more information in the presentation than what is on the powerpoint from memory. We are able to do this because of the research we did. All the information we used can be clearly found on a site from our bibliography, which can be navigated easily through our use of MLA
