Of Mice and Men: Powerless and Objectivity John Stienbeck’s novella, “Of Mice and Men” describes how a character can seem important, but be very powerless in not only a story, but in life as well. People with different types of disabilities, like Lennie, struggle with everyday life. They have to be helped and cared for in order for them to accomplish what needs to be done.
