Power can be physical, political, or social which influences people positively and negatively. In the story,”Priscilla and the Wimps,” by Richard Peck, there is a school that was controlled by Monk Klutter and his gang, Klutter’s Kobras. The Kobras are bullies who go around the school and hurt students who don’t obey their orders. Unfortunately, there is a girl named Priscilla who was able to stop the Kobras when they tried to bully her small friend, Melvin.
