Power flows naturally when power is view good, but when power is view negative, people will deny the power. Power should be a balance and continuous flow. As result, people should be aware of signs of power denial. Power denial affects communication and progress. In addition, power influence people to feel value, and power is used for destruction or productive. Power intention is personal decision. On one hand power denial has effect on people. On the other hand power imbalance has effect on people as well.
