Please help to agree to this purchase or let me know to step back on this.

There is a need for daily scale accuracy verification in the Powder Compounding and Pre-weigh areas. The Powder Compounding scale was off since we all had a meeting about the extra 3-6 lbs of powder with Sean and Jeffrey; since then , the scale has been calibrated by the outside service company. Nonetheless, the bottom line is that we need to be proactive, if you decide to move forward, please inform so that I may develop an SOP.
