Also, when people are not able to reach these goals that society has told them to achieve, they will turn to other means like crime to obtain them. People commit crime because they are in a situation that doesn’t allow them to move up in society, so they take drastic measures to improve their predicament. Reflecting on this huge issue, it appears so simple that everyone wants to permanently eradicate poverty from planet earth, but that isn’t necessarily an easy task. Although, all forms of governments worldwide need to participate against this pressing social problem and show that this is an important issue, only then can we see the desired results. Countless amounts of individuals will state that poverty is terrible, but never provide any aid towards the cause; so, there needs to be this actual sense that the citizens of the world want poverty to be completely eradicated. The millions of people that live-in poverty cannot help that they’re in this horrible situation, it’s something to do with the greater forces that are beyond their control. For example, the condition of the environment has been deteriorating and only recently have governments been taking this seriously. This problem has been found all over the world with ice caps melting, global warming, excessive amounts of waste, extinction of forests and wildlife, etc. and it’s been caused by all countries. People are killing the planet, and we are at a point where if we don’t do something soon, we could run out of resources and possibly become extinct. To properly solve this issue, all governments need to acknowledge that the environment is in crisis, so then the world’s leaders come together and propose solutions. A main one would be that the countries need to be more conserving of their energy and air pollution, that way we will run on solar energy and not burning through natural resources. Next, there is the discussion of the wealth inequality that continues to flourish every year. The problem lies directly with the higher ups in society; those select few who are very wealthy and can control others, and want it to stay that way. These people have played their cards right and could take control of over eighty percent of the country’s wealth, leaving only twenty percent for the rest of us to divide. There will be no easy way of solving this issue, however, America needs to realize that it needs to come up with ideas to
