POVERTY IN ARE WORLD What would you do if you had to live in a un-clean hut, or not have access to a education, or a clean water source? Poverty has become one of are leading problems in are nation today. It also has a immense impact on millions of people all around the world. There are a lot of people who are in poverty and people who want to escape poverty. In the article, ”Homelessness” it says “The number of homeless people in underdeveloped societies in the mid-1980s was estimated by the United Nations (U.N) to be more than 100 million.” For example in the article, “Poverty (Sociology)” it says “The homeless of Calcutta, India, live and die in the streets with little assistance offered to them.” After reading the article, ”Poverty (Sociology)” It also stated “In India the caste system has created numerous classes whose members are often locked into poverty for life.”
