Research Question: How does changing the concentration of sugar (sucrose) affect osmosis in containers of potatoes?
Aim: The aim of the experiment will be to understand how the different concentrations of sucrose
(10,20,30,40% and so on) will affect the osmosis of a potato. The potato quantities will be the same every time and will be kept in a similar container to ensure the test is fair. To ensure it is a fair test all variables would maintained the pH, size and temperature as well as the duration of the potato containers which would be 30 minutes.
