One of the biggest things to worry about when a solider comes home from war is the symptoms or challenges they maybe face while being home. They might experience things similar to what happen back in the war and might lash out or go into a depression, this stage maybe be due to a disorder they might bring back from when they were in the war and this it is called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD for short. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that 's triggered by a terrifying event either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event (MayoClinic). Many types of soldiers showed these symptoms after they got back from the war especially after the war in Vietnam, because of the traumatic things they may had to experience there and a lot of them were drafted into the army and did not want to be there. The following will be exploring the types of PTSD that soldiers faced after the war in Vietnam and also what kind of treatments were available at the time when they were seeking treatment and just how they overall dealt with Post-traumatic stress disorder in their day to day lives. Also a brief paragraph about what the soldiers did while they were there in Vietnam and what they did for fun.

The fight was never over when the soldiers got home after the Vietnam War, they had to fight for their sanity after all of that time over there. The amount…
