However, it is still possible to deal with such cases in a work place that has victims of the disorder by being sensitive to such cases and listening to the victims. Where possible, modifying the work environment may help so that it may be possible for the workers to function well in their work. Proper research is needed to identify possible ways that are suitable in handling this disorder and effectively dealing with workers experiencing it.
