Your small group will now participate in the Leadership Fair, going to three different stations (out of 5 total) that have been assigned to all five color groups that are 15 minutes each. The Alumna at each station will lead the activity. Have the groups stay together and move together and encourage participation of all members.

As lifelong learners of leadership, these skills are things that you can practice in your daily life and even our challenges are things we can improve upon and change throughout our lives. Now we 're giving you an opportunity to work on some specific leadership skills. During the next hour, you will attend three leadership sessions. The five topics are:
