Possible Nuisance Dog Case

On 05/18/16 at 3:48pm, I was dispatched to 2247 Amhearst Ave on a possible nuisance dog, owner known, dog confined. At arrived at the house and spoke to victim Bill Maynard, who stated that a brown and white pit bull came out of 2251 Amherst Ave and charged at him in an aggressive manner. Mr. Maynard stated that the dog had previously got out and came at him. Mr. Maynard with the assistance of a female friend wrote out a victim statement stating those facts. After gather his statement I want to 2251 Amhearst Ave and talk to dog owner Zachary Cornette. Mr. Corettle admitted that both his dogs got out of the house. Mr. Corettle also admitted that his pit bull did go after the man, due to the victim trying to kick the dog in the past. Mr.
