the industrial revolution was suppose to be something great for the americans, but ended up killing young children who were working in factories, the growth in monopolies, and was causing air pollution. Some might say that industrial revolution had a negative impact even though it was suppose to be a good thing. I think it's like the gilded age. Seems all great at the top business are getting better and we now have machines to help us with our work, but really it’s crappy, people are dying from working on these machines, there is air pollution, monopolies are trying to take over the business, and people are striking.
