According to one of the strategies that effectively assist to improve nurses work place environment is the engaging staff to develop a positive work place environment. A health care organization that has culture of safety in place increases safety and quality outcome for their patients (Tillott, 2013). According to Barnsteiner (2011) reported that the culture of safety when implemented in the workforce assist to decrease harm to the providers and the patients, which can be achieved through individual performance and system effectiveness.
