Big data is one of the most common, vernacular words in the business world at this time. It allows marketers possibility raise the usage of the high-quality data in their operations and analysis in order to direct their efforts in the decision-making process with regard, for instance, to the volume of visitors to their websites, the diversity of sales, or even the variation of customers ' usage of sales coupons. According to Forbes magazine, the big data revolution back in fact to 1944, but they have become more relevant to marketing techniques that followed by most big organizations in many industries (Gil Press, 2013). Using big data now are used enormously to improve sales and marketing in most of the competitive organizations and bring the further positive transition to the most attractive product or service for consumers.
In marketing, the potential of a fully benefit from the concept of Big Data lies in not looking at the data itself, but also it is preferable to estimate insights that could be derived from the big data, challenge the change in the decision-making strategy and the management strategy, and most importantly is to be able to make quick actions as leadership team in an organization. Big Data has a positive impact on exploring the customers’ behaviors, including analyzing how the customer be involved business indicators (points of sale, websites, customer surveys, social media, online communities and loyalty programs) that guide leadership teams to evaluate the customer 's participation.
