Have you ever heard the Nordic Walking? It is a new style of walking and walkers exercise multiple muscle groups by using poles while they walk. This walking is being a new aerobic movement in recent days. I have been doing the exercise more than 5 years, absolutely I realize some of the positive effects physically. I was not eager to enjoy outside before start Nordic Walking, current I enjoy trekking more than 15 km. This aerobic movement has the unique characteristic, and Ianalyzed why I strongly recommend practicing Nordic Walking.

To know the effects of habitual exercise on mental states we mixed up the data from normal and Nordic walking together and compared the resting values between the first and the last day. There were significant improvements in pleasant, anxiety and relaxation sensations. After the first normal walking, there were no significant changes in APG indices. However, after the first Nordic walking, Remained Blood Volume increased and arterial vascular age decreased significantly (p<0.05). On the last day, there was a significant increase in Differential Pulsewave Index (p<0.05) only after Nordic walking. (Ohtsuka & Yue, para 3)
To sum up, Nordic Walking is a historical, multiple and a new aerobic movement, it gives lots of benefits and joy for active walkers if we could pay attention to our body condition continuously. Achieve to help with diet, improve physical balance and make physical strength. More than anything, we would know the comfortable walking with the whole body in nature and park.
