Positive Behavior Analysis

I have made an abundant amount of change since I’ve reached level two. I have had to make many changes to my behavior before being able to reach this level. One of my main problems was lying which I have had trouble with before I came to Eckerd and stealing as well which I’ve worked on also. When I leveled up I was faced with problems within the group and problems I faced before I leveled up like arguing with my staff and peers. Since leveling up I learned to deal with these situations and understand that everything isn't going to go my way and there is a better way to express my opinion then arguing my point which only got me in trouble. Often I can continue to help them out by giving them feedback about the things they do and how they can do them better even though half of the time they don't like what they hear because they only care about how they feel at that particular moment when I see this I tell them how to change if it is something they are willing to do. I will continue to work on my goals by maintaining good grades and working on my organizational skills and my memory. Another thing I’m going to work on is making positive decisions by not focusing or falling into negative behavior and continuing to focus towards going back home so I can not only prove that I can be different and doing something good with my life but also give my daughter a better life than I was given. I will position myself for future success by removing myself from negative peers and reminding myself that I can succeed anything I put my mind to and remember the things I have learned through the span of my lifetime and through programs like this. I will also go back home and finish out school then go to college to get the degrees to get the future jobs I have dreamed about that will also provide for me and my family but for the meantime I will do what is necessary to get a part-time job and go to school and pay …show more content…
Not only doing what I’m supposed to but helping other strive to do what they are supposed to do and help them get through this program as fast I can help them by helping them understand what to do and help them in time of need but also helping my peers achieve the next level. And when I am near completion of the program I will continue to do what is expected of me because if I don't do what's expected of me then I will be not only hurting myself but those around me by showing them that I can do what I want to and still go home. I will continue to be successful and strive after reaching level 3 because you should never quit because you have reached what you feel satisfied with but also because even when I go home I will strive to reach my goals and do things better. I will continue to be a better role model for my peers and help they strive to get to where I am in the program and help them realize how what they do and how that affects people around them and how it will affect them if it's positive or negative. Family, mentor, close friends, role models in my life are the support I need to be successful in life .Getting helpful advice about my behavior and feedback on how I can do things better
