Positive Aspects Of Working At A Veterinary Hospital

Working at a Veterinary hospital is something that requires working as a team. On any one team there is a minimum of 4 people and at times there are up to 6 of us working on one team. One of the positives to working on a team is that there are tasks that I am less proficient in than others on the team and they are able to do them either quicker or better than I can in order to give our clients the best service we can. Another positive is that there are multiple people there that are all looking at one thing and it makes catching mistakes a bit easier.

A negative to working on a team, though, is that if your team members don't have good compatibility it can really mess up the flow of a team. When your teammates aren't getting along with each
