The first one is thinking you need to be better than everyone else because if not then you feel like you are a failure. The next one is is disqualifying the positives, thinking that everything is going to go wrong each day you live. The Third one is negative self-labeling where you see all the flaws in yourself and make yourself self conscious about everything, for example If you are overweight and you see an tank top you love, you really want to buy it but you think of what others would think of you if you wore it. This is the worst one since you feel down about yourself and think of what people would think of you. No one should have to feel like anything they do they would get judge about.
