Due to the increasing amount of neighborhood being gentrified, mostly half of the community will end up being forced to adapt to the changes. Harlem, Washington Heights and Brooklyn are great examples of neighborhoods that have been affected by gentrification. Gentrification improves the community since it opens possibilities for better economic choices for people that need to improve their lives.
