The differenece between Status inequalities and positional is that status looks at gender and profession in workforce .In the other hand, Positional inequalities is based on division in labor by the use of power and control. “Ridgeway says, “ categorical inequalities is based on the membership in intuitions and organization that has power and controls materials (4).This helps explain that inequalities has effected gender by classifying men and women different categories of workforce based on their status.
