Most solar companies allow a solar contract to be transferred to a new homeowner; however, PosiGen does not address this issue on their website either, so you will need to confirm this with them and then make sure what they tell you is clearly stated in your contract before you sign it. Just remember that more than likely the new homeowner will probably have to qualify for the solar system that 's on your home just like you did.
