Although Zeus wasn’t eaten, Zeus’s mother had a plan for when he was going to be born on how he would not be consumed by his father, Cronus. The plan was to hide Zeus and give Cronus a rock in a blanket to eat and Rhea and her parents did that. People may think that what happened was that both Zeus and Poseidon weren’t eaten but, there is more evidence that Poseidon was in most opinions eaten along with Hades.
