Poseidon is a Greek God of the water, horses and earthquakes. He had two brothers who were Zeus and Hades. These three brothers and the other Gods defeated their father Kronos and the other Titans. Poseidon also became one of the rulers of Olympus. Poseidon is the God of water, meaning that he can control any lake, river or even any ocean on planet Earth. He could use water and earthquakes to create tsunamis. He was a father to Pegasus, a winged horse, who is a famous myth in Greek Mythology. Pegasus's mother was Medusa. Pegasus is pure white and was tamed by Bellephoron who was a Demigod( half mortal, half god). Zeus and Hades were brothers of Poseidon. Zeus was the Lord of the Sky and Gods, the supreme ruler.
