However back home Psamathe was `very stressed that she could not find her little boy and searched under every grain of sand. In this commotion the Queen of the Sea Amphitrite heard her screams and instantly found her son by the ocean. Being that she could smell the ocean salt in his blood she knew that he was a son of Poseidon. In her rage she forced a huge tidal wave to rise and swallow the boy into the sea. However Nekton was not bothered by the wave of the rush of water but for some reason enjoyed it. He did not have to breath or struggle for breath but simple floated under water. He then started to move and found it very easy as he moved his way to the top of the water and simple went back to the cliff side.
