PO showed up for an individual session on time with a positive attitude. Today’s 1:1 was focused on addressing PO’s treatment attendance compliance issues. PO has missed a total of 4 groups since the beginning of OP treatment. PO appears to understand that she has to put treatment a priority. Discussion included how to be accountable for self and others, how to stay motivated, and complete treatment successfully. PO reported attending self-help meetings as recommended, part time employed, continues working on completing her community service hours. No urges/craving, or substance(s) use was reported. ISP in Dim 4. was developed to address PO’s treatment attendance issues. PO appears to be making steady progress in treatment.
