In the world there are many types of people, some choose to live a good, happy life while a few become lonesome and sad. Someone's attitude plays a big role in the actions of a person. Some may state that a persons attitude does not effect the way they preform or become successful. Although, many say how you preform reflects the attitude that you have shown. In Richard Wrights novel, Native Son, the main character hardly ever revealed a positive attitude which led to him not thinking wisely before his actions. Portraying a positive attitude through education, extracurricular activities and social events can help you succeed in life. Education systems are widely diverse with people speaking different languages and wearing different …show more content…
Extracurricular activities could mean many things such as sports or a club that they are involved in. Sometimes tryouts are needed for a certain sport, it would be to a child's benefit if they portrayed a positive attitude. A coach will not want someone who brings everyone's attitude down. Athletes should always be excited at games to show their happy to be preforming for the audience. Players should always show good sports man ship, they never know whose watching, it could be a scout for college. While showing a positive attitude in a sport allows someone to preform better and not let the team down, rather than if they were in a bad mood. Children everywhere are always attending concerts, parties, amusement parks, interviews and more. When adolescents go to these social events being in a good mood helps everyone have a good time and enjoy being with one another. It is critical when students go to interviews that they are on their best behavior because getting the job can help determine someone's future. While hanging out with friends children should realize people do not want to hang out with kids who are not in good moods and never want to do anything. People like to be with other people who enjoy having fun and not
