Next, this genre is non-fiction and it teaches great concepts in real life situations. It reinforces concepts that are already being acquired at home, school, playground and other common places. To illustrate, in accordance to Portis’s Not a Box (2006), “Why are you sitting in a box?” (p.2). Additionally, let them tell you and others about what they have guessed and continue questioning them to see their level of enthusiasm. This genre takes more emphasis on the importance of authenticity for children to encounter the purpose behind it. According to Mattick’s Finding Winnie: The True Story of the World's Most Famous Bear (2015), “Captain Keith Colburn said we are on a journey of thousands of miles heading into the thick of battle and you propose to bring this most dangerous creature” (p. 13). This story permits children to acknowledge biographies that are not just stories but events that actually happens whom have true meaning behind it. Therefore, teachers should expose such genre in order to spread rich quality of books that have different content. Moving forward, this book is known as high-tech and classified as science fiction. This book gives enjoyment, fires up the imagination and encourages children to think possible. For example: In accordance to Dyckman’s Boy and Bot (2012), “A boy was collecting pinecones in his wagon when he met a robot” (p.1).
