All around the world, genders are discriminated by other genders. These discriminations caused women to be treated unequally. Women are being used as sex material, categorized and treated differently. Hurting women by using violence is a form of gender discrimination; it is an act of imprinting anxiety and causing pain with the goal of mistreating a person. There are many forms of violence against women it includes sexual harassment, commodification and even rape. Furthermore, violence would cause women to be physically, sexually, psychologically, psychiatrically damaged.
In the ancient times, women are not authorized to vote during elections and required to give her properties. Moreover, women’s educational and occupational opportunities were severely limited. Though despite the fact that its volume decreases, it still exists and makes many of people suffer every day. However, with education and progressive thoughts of people, there are also reasons to trust in the future of gender discrimination to stop.
Research Question 3
What are things women do better than men?
The things that women are good at are handling stress, sustaining relationships, communicating, multi-tasking, and with finances.
Women have to show themselves at every corner of their life to receive the same admiration that men receive effortlessly. The need to sacrifice a career for family, someone dictating on how she behave and what she should do with her life only because it is considered that woman is not as good compared to a man. However, it’s high time that we guarantee equality and break free from these ideas.
In the past, women could not be superior to men because humankind put women inferior to men. Men were supposed to be the bread winner and be able to support their wives, if a woman were to make more money than a man; the status of that man would decline. Time has changed totally and there are women today making more money than
