Porcelain Elegance of the Centuries For my Museum Exhibition review I decided to review The Eisenstadt Gallery Collection at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Dr. Heinz and Ruth Eisenstadt donated their lifetime legacy of paintings and porcelain collections to the gallery, in return this exhibit in the gallery was placed in honor of their name. The collection consists of 147 paintings, 252 porcelains, 8 sculptures, and a 17 piece German Biedermeier dining room suite pieces. Dr. Eisenstadt was an organizing president of the university’s “Friends of the Arts” program, which raises funds for scholarships and educational enhancements throughout the university.
