Pop Music Vs Country Music

Country music has changed through the years. Country music today is much different than the country music you would have heard even just 15 years ago. There are a verity of different forms of country now which is all still put under one category but I would say that you could split it up into at least two. Today’s Country music is very much on the mainstream and popish where 20 years ago it had a specific sound; you would hear it and so oh that’s country. It is actually sometimes quite difficult to be able to tell the difference between a country song and a pop song. For example Taylor Swift and Luke Bryan come to mind. Both are country singers however they both have a very pop feel to their music. Taylor Swift even does all of her songs
