3.1 Impact of poor leadership on staff:
Poor leadership has an impact on staff where there is lack of supervision and training from team leaders. A leader possessing a rude behavior towards his or her employee results in lack of concentration on work performance and causes conflict within the organizational structure. This leads to psychological disorders such as fear, anger, discouragement (Tepper, 2000).
