Pony Corral Survey

Based on the results and the criteria of the survey that we did in the class, we picked some restaurants such as Tony Roma’s, Applebees' and Pony Corral. As Pony Corral is more fitted to our standard, we decided to choose Pony Corral as the place for our gathering. The step that we took to consider Pony Corral were to look up online through internet browser the closer restaurant to the university then the contact number. Then, we called the manager to make sure that the restaurant provides the meeting room or banquet room. On the phone call, questions that we ask were how many people they can accommodate, do they provide projector so, we can do a presentation in the restaurant. Upon entering Pony Corral restaurant on Pembina, we were greeted by the manager, Ms. Amanda Karpinsky. She kindly took us to visit the private room and showed us the possible menu for the night. We were able to take some pictures to show to the members of the group that was not able to visit the restaurant.
Pony Corral also offers a catering service for a usual party or large meeting. For an instance, Caesar salad, sandwiches platters, barbecue skewers, chicken wings, ribs, pasta and other vegetables and food platters. Upon reviewing the design of the room and the catering menu with the group members, we came to a conclusion. Although the price is within the range, the room layout is not adequate for a presentation. The food options did not the meet the requirement of our survey since many students in the class eat halal food. Therefore, Pony Corral was discarded from the restaurants
