Mission Statement: To inspire the Polish cuisine experience and provide popular & classic gourmet Polish’s delicious dishes including pierogi, sausages, and desserts. Polska Fever uses only local’s high quality ingredients and will provide option products for those with special dietary needs.
Management Plan: Polska Fever will be a member-managed Limited Liability Company, organized in the state of New York, and operating out of a custom built food truck. Head Chef Andrew Stadnicki, Aaron Bye, and David Gustafson are owner-operators, and will share the responsibilities of day-to-day operations.
Operations Plan: Polska Fever will operate 4 days a week and also depends on the season and weather, and we will serve lunch and dinner on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We also will operate 12:00 – 2:00 am on Friday and Saturday nights. Every

Management Team
Aaron Bye is studying and expertise in New Media Marketing at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently have one semester left to earn his degree in New Media Marketing. Aaron will serve as the assistant chef and Chief Marketing Officer of Polska Fever.
David Gustafson is studying and expertise in Business at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently three semesters left to earn his degree in Business. David will also serve as the assistant chef and Chief Quality Officer of Polska Fever.
Andrew Stadnicki is studying and expertise in Business Management and Finance at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently third year and aiming to earn his double degree in Business Management and Finance with minor in Applied Mathematics by December 2016. Andrew will serve as the head chef and Chief Financial Officer of Polska Fever.
