Ralph Lauren Polo Company has had its ups and downs. Through the best few years they have gained employees, had limited growth and has come up with many strategies to stand out from all of the other retailers in the world. Although the number of employees does not measure a company’s growth it does show promise. I company would not hire more employees if it were going down the drain. The number of employees from 2009 to 2016 has increased by 9,000. In 2009 Polo Ralph Lauren had around 17,000 employees. Now, in 2016 Polo has around 26,000 employees. Many employees leave working at Polo with good experiences. Employee reviews consistently said that they are treated very well. It is a fun and relaxed environment to work in.
