In researching, Kamari Charlton I felt that because his wife was pregnant they should have gone a little easy on him. On a different aspect you can challenge both side. The high cost of jail an offender have reach the chart. We are sending more money jail then rehabilitating the suspect. Correctional decision body has to use the experience of the human behavior to initial the right practice and nature of the right person. All lawmaker want the decision to right, fair, and just for the crime and victim. After being proving guilty, the suspect goes into a correctional system. Correction is a jail, prison, juvenile detention center, probation, or even parole for American, in 1967. The President’s Commission Enforcement knew very little about. So in 1975, National Advisory Commission on Criminal Justice, which is a too much of the system was a community’s activities to convict offenders for all ages.
