Political Typology Analysis

I took the Worlds Smallest Political Quiz and it stated that I agree with the Liberals the most. According to the quiz Liberals “usually embrace freedom of choice in personal matters, but tend to support significant government control of the economy. They generally support a government-funded "safety net" to help the disadvantaged, and advocate strict regulation of business. Liberals tend to favor environmental regulations, defend civil liberties and free expression, support government action to promote equality, and tolerate diverse lifestyles.” I definitely agree with this statement because I am a huge enforcer in freedom of choice and personal matters. According the definition, it states “The Faith and Family Left combine strong support for activist government with conservative attitudes on many social issues. They are highly diverse – this is the only typology group that is “majority-minority.” ... Religion and family are at the center of their lives.” I believe this definitely represents my beliefs within society because I think that compassion and helping others are core values and we can never stop doing that. I would say that the only thing I disagree with concerning the description, is that I don’t agree that the government should do more to protect morality. I don’t think that protecting morality is the government’s responsibility, but more about ourselves, and working on ourselves to influence others to change in the ways we see fit. I enjoyed both of these quizzes thoroughly because it opened my eyes that there are Americans who view government the same way I do. I also learned a lot more about myself and that I actually fit into a category that has a stance on government issues, and we can converse about our opinions in unique ways, but all come to the same
