It is likely to force one to narrow his/her mind on the existence of a problem to a paradigm. Likewise, challenges could be redirected to systems of thinking that go far much beyond the curriculum of mankind. It brings out a concrete meaning from the assumption that knowledge, personal development as well as justice can be found in the general rather than in specific; the progression of the three mentioned processes should be distanced from particular facts and channeled towards the universal rules. Hence, in a political system, people should be more focused on the universal deliverables of an individual. Their personal views on some issues should not be given too much weight to judge them. But their capability to input strategies that will change the whole system positively should be used as a measure of their aptitude. The concern of treating issues superficially in the political arena leaves several individuals at their mercies without appropriate choice. However, political correctness should be understood for the point of benefits for all rather than for a distinct group of people. It does not matter about individual prejudices; what matters a lot is an individual’s plans to create change within the broad society. The grounds for racial discrimination, hatred and gender bias need to be reviewed to avoid the existing conflict on political correctness. The criticizers of identity politics need to review the efficiency and effectiveness of implementing important policies. The drawing board for this matter should be the answers to the question of why several decades have passed and yet some issues like gender equality and racism remain unresolved. They have been talked over and over again; both in national and international forums but there is a hurdle in their implementation.
