SQW is carrying out a policy risk audit on Force policies to ensure their legitimacy and operability. For its effective and continuous implementation, it has been decided at ……to form four part-time independent Policy Risk Audit Teams, each comprising five SIPs or civilians with four to seven years of service from Policy Wings to conduct the policy risk audit on FPMs, PGOs and HQOs with facilitation provided by SQW. Each team shall meet once every month for a year with a total of 12 working days while SQW will provide the necessary logistical arrangements.

This is a challenging developmental opportunity for the officer nominated, therefore the nominees should be those with potential and capability to think broadly and cooperate well in a group dynamic.
