Policy Analysis Model

On account of the focus of this paper is on the policy, Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003, I would like to go into further details, by analyzing the policy with the help of Karger & Stoesz’s policy analysis model. Karger & Stoesz policy analysis model is set up in four stages that brings emphasis on the individuals it advocates for and its reasons for doing so, individuals who are taking part in the policy and their actions, the amount of work being done in relation to the policy, and the concerns of individuals in government system that may be in favor or oppose the stated policy. Karger & Stoesz’s policy analysis model is based on the goals and values, economic feasibility, administrative feasibility, and political feasibility that focus on the Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003 policy. The center of attention in the policy, Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003, addresses children and woman as victims of violence and neglect that is present in their lives. As to what is stated in the policy on what is planned with the help of others involved in the policy, the goals and values seems to justify the reason as a need for the policy. The implementation of this policy is an advantage for women and children. It states positive planned outcome that is beneficial for the well-being of children and women. The safety and well-being for children and women are important, because they are given the assistance and opportunity to services that are provided to them in this society. The values of the policy for children and women is that their safety and well bring of high importance, and along with that is the services and treatment that is being provided for
