The research study is important to the discussion. The research study goes into detail about police organizations and the different style found in supervision methods (U.S. Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs, 2003). Several experts have express their concerns and have establish their own steps and standards in order to ensure the proper influences on police department worldwide. Research is required in order to confirm that these steps and behaviors in order have an effective method in police accountability. When the research and data is accomplished, the steps given by the performance management strategy can exam the data and set new set standards. If the standards are being met, the supervisory will be proven successful and will go forward and improve more and more in the future.
