Well there can be many answers to this question. People are always going to want Law Enforcement to be there in the matter of seconds or minutes. The truth of the matter is that this is not always going to happen. Police response time can depend on many different factors. The first factor would have to be how big the jurisdiction. The county I work and live in it can officer's 45 minutes to make for one side of the county to the other. That is also with all emergency equipment activated and doing well over 100 mph.
