I agree with what you wrote in your statement. I too wrote about how police psychologists can help with choosing police officers for the job and also help reduce stress for officers who are already on the force. Police psychologists seem to be an important part of the police force even though they get little recognition for their jobs.
I agree with the traits you chose for every officer to have. In recent events we see certain officers picking out certain ethnic groups and becoming aggressive with those who don’t deserve it. If officers were properly screened for certain things like mental stability and being unbiased maybe these events would occur less often.
