Police Managers are just like anyone else and acquire an attitude through personal experience, social learning with significant other. While attitudes that are formed as the result of association or vicarious learning are integrated into a manually reinforcing cluster of ideas, values, and attitudes that become a part of organizational culture. Looking at the table of reports by Reporting Behavior is very realistic may be shocking to some but it’s very realistic to today. For example when looking at the results of sergeants which was 109 it’s bad compared to the 99 Police Managers were they had lower results for bribes, theft, and excessive force. The purpose of this study was to provide an understanding and view of police corruption and police mangers. Which shows potential police corruption, which seemed to be at a high rate, not a low rate or even reducing rate. This study does show for officers, bystanders, and etc. where the highest percentage of corruption stands, may be different in some areas but in this study it varied with percentage from the sergeant having the highest percentage in certain scenarios to the Police Manager having equal or lower percentage in the same scenarios or
