Police Head Billy Bob described to us what happened through the convicted cop’s point of view: He saw a gray Mercedes Benz pull up a small store; the cop had been already following the victim, as he felt the car had been stolen due to the fact of the high crime rate in the community. When he (the cop) left his vehicle to order the victim to freeze, the victim turned slowly around and he then reached into his pocket. Seeing this unfold the officer did what he had been taught to do, and shot down the victim, which is something most of us would do as he saw a threat and for his own safety he did what he had to do and we definitely agree with his decision.
