How To Write A Narrative Essay About My First Police Ride

On October 11th 2015, I had the opportunity to go to a police ride along in Montgomery County at 6am. I was excited to go to my first police ride as soon as I hit the door. The first thing I heard was a police saying “I don’t want to hear your negativity, so you go through that door and back again with a positive one”. So after I waited for a while, I was greeted by a police officer name Mike Joseph. Joseph gave me a slight tour of the department. There was an integration rooms, paper work, and offices. After the tour of the building and inspection on the cruiser, we finally took off to the streets. There was a call saying there is a man trespassing in the building. So Joseph immediately went to the scene and found the guy who was there. There were two other police man in the scene and begin talking to the guy who was trespassing. It was a homeless dude just sleeping in the area who refused to leave and now one of the police is charging him. Soon once the police asked him to sign it, the homeless man just refused and begin to cry. So the police took him outside and made him leave. After a few hours later, we got an emergency call about suicide and Joseph begin to rush to the scene. Once we got there the person who threaten about suicide was the homeless person again. Coming to the scene, I saw the person and said “Is that the homeless person again?” and Joseph let out a long sigh as if he know what going to happened. And it was a block away from the Safeway store that the police found him earlier. What did happened was that he patted him down and handcuffed him to the car and took him to the hospital. I asked why he was taken to the hospital and Joseph said that they have the right to send someone to the hospital to see if they are sane and not be a threat to himself or
